I have found the one on one tutorials by Peter Butler very easy to follow and remember. If I have had a struggle to remember the procedure, I have found the over the phone assistance and the video tutorials on the Smarter Website wonderful back up to the one on one instruction and I appreciate how this has given me confidence and accelerated my learning.
